With all parties now at the project, in-depth analysis of existing space and your desires can begin to be realized. Topics ranging from functionality, aesthetic preference, layout modifications and much more, will be discussed to assemble a custom package designed for you alone. Real world measurements will be gathered to appropriately design the feasible.

Follow Up Consultation

Most projects will require a secondary in-person visit to discuss the drawings, layout and scope of work to accomplish your goals. 3D renderings will be provided for layout changes to showcase the possibilities, as well as a detailed scope of work to relay how to get there.

Now that you have committed to making your home beautiful, backend tasks of ordering materials, coordinating trades and gathering the permit are well underway prior to commencement of demolition.

After a ~2 week notice of intent to start, say goodbye to what was, and say hello to what will be. Contents will be moved, dust mitigation preparations will be placed and deconstruction of the past will begin.

How long before you can start my project?

Generally 6-8 weeks so the appropriate permitting and materials can be ascertained. 

Here are some general time frames: 

Plug and Play kitchen remodel: 4-6 weeks (~2 weeks lost due to countertop turn around) 

Master Bathroom: 6-8 weeks 

Guest Bathroom: 4-6 weeks 

Whole Home Remodel: 4-6 Months 

 

*As all projects are unique in themselves, a final time frame will be given during the design phase.* 

For most projects, absolutely! However, a strong emphasis needs to be placed on unexpected real loss of a major functional area of your home: ie, kitchen and/or bathroom. You will experience modern day camping and consistent intrusion into your home. Take-out, cooking on the grill, washing dishes in a slop sink, taking longer to get ready in a guest bathroom, etc, are just a few of the things required during a kitchen or bathroom remodel. You are living in a job site, so expect it to operate as one. 

NO! Our services specifically cater to the individual needs of our clients. We will aid in designing a new layout, all shopping for plumbing fixtures, electrical fixtures, tile, colors, etc. Reducing the unknown, unveiling new ideas and making sense of the litany of finishes is a primary service we are proud to offer. 

While clearly you are someone desirable to interact with based on your choice of contractor, it is mutually beneficial to only ever be moving forward. Unforeseen delays, avoidance of stacking trades creating scheduling gaps, or general life travesties can never be unexpected, but you can find solace in knowing stagnation serves no one.
